Rich and Lisa Small

We're Rich and Lisa Small, a husband-and-wife real estate team with decades of combined experience in real estate, mortgage underwriting, property management, and as landlords. Lisa has been licensed since 2002 and Rich since 2017, bringing knowledge, experience, expertise, and a personal approach to guiding and helping people buy, sell, and invest in real estate. Beyond real estate, we're the hosts of Small Talk with Rich & Lisa, founders of Delco Loves Animals, and owners of The Dayton House Airbnb. We're also parents of three, have three grandchildren, and share our home with five cats who keep life interesting! Real estate is what we do, but our faith, our family, and the people and communities we care about are what shape who we are.
