February-March 2 month rentals will not be accepted. 3+ month rentals are welcome. All rentals of this property require approval by the Talis Park HOA. Application forms will be provided upon booking via email. Dates are not confirmed until we review and approve your rental term. The owners full golf membership is transferable for a fee. The 2-car garage offers parking for 1 vehicle and storage for beach gear. There is 1 owner vehicle occupying the other half.
