Program Description

RealtyMark operates an internal SMS communications program to support affiliated agents and staff with operational matters. Messages may include:

• Responses to inbound questions about onboarding, brokerage tools, processes, and policies
• Delivery notifications for documents, forms, and resources sent via email
• Administrative notifications related to your affiliation with RealtyMark
• Operational reminders and follow-ups

This program is for internal operational use only. It is not used for marketing or promotional messaging to consumers or members of the general public.

Who Receives Messages

Only individuals whose phone numbers are on file in RealtyMark's internal contact records receive messages from this program. This typically includes affiliated real estate agents and RealtyMark staff. We do not send program messages to consumers, leads, or members of the general public.

Consent

Affiliated agents and staff consent to receive operational SMS communications as part of their affiliation with RealtyMark. This consent is established through the affiliation agreement, onboarding process, or other documented business relationship with RealtyMark.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies depending on the recipient's activity, onboarding stage, and operational needs. Most messages are sent in response to inbound questions from the recipient.

Message and Data Rates

Standard message and data rates from your wireless carrier may apply. RealtyMark is not responsible for any charges incurred from your wireless carrier related to receiving these messages.

Opt-Out

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages from this program at any time by:

• Replying STOP to any message
• Contacting RealtyMark directly at [contact email or phone]
• Notifying your onboarding contact or supervising broker

After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message and will not receive further SMS communications from this program. Opting out of SMS does not affect other forms of communication (email, phone calls) or your affiliation with RealtyMark.
