Years ago, as a young single mother, renting a home for eight years, I dreamed about how it would feel to move into my first home. I searched for the perfect home for two years, and kept getting outbidded by other buyers. Finally, I found my home: the home that fit my family. I placed an offer, it was accepted, and the rest is history. My family and I were so happy. I remember the sense of security and accomplishment I felt when I left the closing table with keys to my new home in hand. Priceless!
