Greetings! I am primarily focused on working with buyers and sellers in the counties of Montgomery, Delaware and Bucks, as well as all of Philadelphia in the residential and commercial sector. I am experienced with buying and selling residential homes, condominiums, single & multi-unit investment properties, foreclosures and short sales. It also has been an honor to work successfully with many veterans buying homes through the VA, USAA, and NFCU.
I am a member of the National Association of Realtors, Pennsylvania Association of Realtors, Greater Philadelphia Association of Realtors, Bright Market Listing Service, and the Real Estate Buyer’s Agent Council where I hold the Accredited Buyer Representative designation. I have an abundance of real estate resources such as reputable mortgage lenders, title insurance companies, home inspection companies, etc. to help facilitate a smooth transaction.
