Renée Kunkle left the corporate world in 2003 and became a Realtor in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. That was a natural progression because people are always moving over the river. Having the ability to help people wherever they wanted to go move to, was very important to Renée. Finding the right home for her clients to fill their needs and desires is so satisfying. Moving can be so stressful but not if is a smooth transaction.
Renée has helped many Relocation companies service their clients by selling their homes or quickly finding a home that suits their needs in a short period of time. Renée took special training and testing as required to be a certified agent for many different Relocation companies. It was a great satisfaction to help people get where they needed to be.
Renée has professionally listed and quickly sold many homes within a 100-mile radius. Days on market were low even in a Buyers market. Now in today's market, it is all about educating the Sellers on how to quickly sell and get the most money you can for your home. Looking through offers with their terms and conditions can be tedious but it is important for the Seller to be aware of every detail of each offer.
Renée took classes to learn more about Seniors and the options they have in front of them. Renée earned an SRES designation to learn about the challenges and opportunities seniors face. It is a very personal time in a senior's life when they need to make a change . Some seniors face financial decisions and Renée has learned how to coach them on the options available to them.
