Karen Robbins is a hardworking, client-dedicated, and exceptionally knowledgeable real estate professional with experience successfully selling properties of all types: residential (single family detached/attached, condominiums, apartment buildings), office and land for both homeowners and investors.
She began selling real estate in the mid-2000s while converting an independent living facility into a condominium. Prior to that she was an executive in the financial services industry, specializing in affordable housing and mortgage-backed securities. It was there that she learned about investment property and real estate tax advantage programs, making it easy for her to become an expert in opportunity zone and other real estate investments that are of interest to some of her clients.
Karen enjoys getting to know her clients while advocating for their interests, marketing a home that needs to be sold or exploring neighborhoods and potential homes, and when desired, entertaining their kids at her small sheep farm in Vincentown!
